Before ordering online tile sets, please read and agree to the following terms:

1. Tile set downloads can be ordered only by registered users of Mah Jongg/Windows or Mah Jongg 97.  I will verify your registration before sending you the download info.  Furthermore, my databases will be the ultimate proof of registration. I will not get into extended arguments about whether a person is registered or not.  I will make every effort to verify the registration, but go no further.
2. No refunds will be given to anyone for any reason whatsoever.  If you're not a registered user and order tile sets anyway, your $3 service fee will still have gone into my time and effort trying to verify your registration.  Therefore, you will receive neither the download info nor a refund. So please be sure that you're a registered user before ordering.
3. All tile sets in the collection have been freely contributed to the public domain.  You are not purchasing tile sets. Your $3 is simply a service charge to cover my time and expense required to make these sets available.  Once you have the tile sets, you are free to give copies to anyone.
4. Since all tile sets are public domain, I make no guarantee, waranty, or promise as to their quality, functionality, usefulness, or anything else.  I will not issue a refund of your service charge because you're unhappy with the tile sets.
5. The tile sets must be downloaded from a web page and wil arrive as a password protected ZIP file.  Please be sure that you are able to download from web sites and extract files from password protected ZIP files before ordering.  I do not provide tech support for web browsers, web surfing, or ZIP file managers, nor will I issue a refund of your service fee if you find out that you don't know how to get or use the file.
