Perfect Fit

What is Perfect Fit??

Perfect Fit is a four-player game with you playing against three computerized opponents. The game is played on a square grid. You're dealt a hand of square playing pieces. Each side a piece is some random color or pattern from a set. The object is to play your pieces onto the game grid so that you match the greatest number of sides. Mismatches aren't allowed. The more sides that match what's already on the board, the more points you score. A Perfect Fit of four matches scores the most points, but may be very difficult to do (depending on the game). Whenever you play a piece, you're dealt a new one.

In this release of Perfect Fit, the player quality for each player is variable between fair and perfect. In the perfect setting, the player will always see the highest-scoring move available to him. However, no computer player will look ahead to build better combinations for himself one or more moves in advance -- so a skilled Perfect Fit player should be able to beat the computer even at its best settings.
